Tatiana Stolpovskaya is a New York based cinematographer and a new media artist. She explores different types of media, combining  analog filmmaking with digital media production.

Her work explores themes related to immigration and LQBTQ+ rights. 

Born and raised in Moscow, Stolpovskaya studied Cultural Studies at Russian State University for the Humanities and Cinematography at the Moscow Independent School of Film and TV.  

In 2017 she received a Media Fellowship at Roosevelt House Public Policy Institute (New York); and did a collaborative residency at Global Action Project the following year. 

Currently, Tatiana Stolpovskaya is a freelance cinematographer and an MFA candidate in Integrated Media Arts program at Hunter College CUNY.
